My main research interests include understanding of 3D structures and dynamics of the Sun. Particular interest is the investigation of global magnetic fields of the solar corona on a real-time basis using deep learning. Solar magnetic field is an energy source of solar extreme events that can negatively affect astronauts, satellites, and spacecraft. Prior research includes:
Prediction of global magnetic fields of the Sun and physical parameters of the solar corona and heliosphere.
Application of deep learning to solar and space weather data.
Investigation of solar phenomena using multi-channel solar observations.
Understanding interactions between the Sun and Earth.
